Best beaches in Odessa and around

The summer is coming to its end but you still have a chance to catch last warm weeks in Odessa. Especially it’s becoming less crowded.

We’ve made a list of the best beaches in Odessa to ease your trip and help you to choose a vacation spot. Have a look!

Langeron

One of the most famous beaches in Odessa. It’s surrounded by cafes and restaurants. So don’t have to worry where to have a lunch while going to spend all the day on the beach. Due to this the place is perfect for families with kids. There are also several play yards and activities for children. Moreover, a dolphinarium is nearby. Couples also like this place. You can rent a boat here and go for a romantic trip. However, this beach is often crowded. So if you prefer more calm places Langeron might be not the best match for you.

Ibiza

One of the biggest beaches in Odessa. It has three big swimming pools and one kids’ swimming pool with waterslides. In addition, there is a big choice of restaurants of different cuisines and bars. Ibiza is loud and full of fun. In case you search for a place with non-stop active life, it would be the best option.

Itaka

Comparing to other beaches in Odessa, Itaka might seem a bit expensive. However, price corresponds the quality. All space is divided into two areas – one with chaise lounges, umbrellas, tables, changing rooms and showers, and other with comfortable bungalows. The beach has a giant swimming pool and a high-class service. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay with kids as well.

Bono beach

This beach complex consists of the beach area, restaurant, and the nightclub. It has a big terrace with a sea view, white sand, few big swimming pools, and children play yard. In case you plan a vacation with kids you will definitely like this place. Apart from traditional activities and swimming pools with waterslides, Bono Beach offers a service of kids’ animation. So you can have a little rest without worrying about your children’s safety and leisure.

Caleton

Visitors admit a comfortable wooden pier that enters the sea. Due to this, the beach is safe and clean. A place is perfect for morning sports activities or yoga. Comparing to other beaches in Odessa Caleton might be less crowded and calmer. Note, that there is no swimming pool. So in case you prefer the pool to the sea, you might choose another beach complex.

Lebedevka

For the natural places lovers we recommend to drive a little out of the city to the Lebedevka village. Here you will find the beach that looks like paradise. The sea is crystal clean and surrounded by the sandy coastline. You can spend a couple of days here – there are camping spots and small houses to rent. A village has shops and cafes so you don’t have to worry about infrastructure. Moreover, the average prices here are less than in Odessa so the place is a good option for low-cost travelers.

Zatoka

One of the most famous and most developed sea vacation areas in the Odessa region. Zatoka is 50 km away from Odessa so it’s easy to reach. A coastline is 18 km and it’s mostly clean. A place has a lot to offer for all kind of travelers – families, youth, couples, active vacation lovers. It has a great infrastructure with several cafes, restaurants, night clubs, and shops.

Karolino-Bugaz

The next holiday village located just next to the previous one. All recreation centers here are located right on the coastline. So if you plan to have the 100% swimming and sunbathing holidays this would be your perfect destination. The private sector is developed too. You can easily find a room or house to rent for a fair price. In addition, the sea is cleaner and the air is purer here than in Odessa. Consider Karolino-Bugaz if you travel with kids for a long stay.
